7/11/12 - After a very hot/hard ride the day before we were too beat to put together a plan for the days ride and defaulted to a rest day. We used the opportunity to ride into Helena and stock up on necessities including organic gluten free groceries (Jody,Sarah), maps (Daren), Legos (Silas) and perfectly matching shorts for her cycling jersey (Sarah). While we were in town we ran into Paul Bangston whom we had ridden with the previous week and caught up on each others riding progress. By the time we made it back to the RV with our bulging panniers, the temperature was in the 90's so we put the RV AC to work and drank a couple rounds of Sarah's derailleur cocktails while figuring out the logistics for the next days ride.
